1. Information you provide

The enquiry form requires your name, company or organisation, email address and project question, together with consent to use this information. You may also provide your country, position, website, project location, type, stage, estimated size, requested support and an attachment. Optional fields and attachments are not required to make an enquiry.

2. Why we use it

We use your information to review and answer your enquiry, clarify the requested work, prepare an agreed scope and fee, and manage any engagement that follows. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please provide only information you are authorised to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.

3. Storage, service providers and access

Website enquiries and optional attachments are stored using Sites hosting with Cloudflare database and file storage. The website's enquiry management and attachment downloads require authorised owner access. Email correspondence is handled through our business email account.

When email notifications are enabled, Formspree processes enquiry contact details and text to relay a notification to our business inbox. Attachments are not included in that notification; they remain in the protected website storage. Hosting and email providers may process information outside South Korea or your country. Their processing is subject to their service terms and privacy arrangements.

We do not sell your enquiry information or publish it. Sharing project information with prospective local participants or professional advisers is subject to your instructions, consent or the agreed engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain enquiry information while reviewing and responding to the enquiry and handling follow-up you request. When the enquiry is closed and the information is no longer needed for that purpose, we delete or anonymise it. If an engagement proceeds, the agreement and applicable legal record-keeping requirements govern the necessary records. Information needed for an unresolved dispute or a legal obligation is retained only for that purpose.

Deletion involves removing the relevant enquiry records and attachments from active website storage and removing correspondence that is no longer needed. Service-provider backups may follow the provider's own deletion cycle.

5. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent, or request deletion or restriction by emailing theromanticsky@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference if available. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. We provide an initial written reply within 3 days and explain any information that must be retained or any further action required.

You can decline to submit the form. Without the required contact information and consent, we cannot process a website enquiry. Optional information can be omitted.

6. Cookies and technical processing

This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential technical data and authentication mechanisms to operate and protect the service, including the owner-only enquiry management area.
