These terms apply to use of skyislandglobal.com, operated under the SKY ISLAND GLOBAL brand. Project services are provided under a separate written agreement.

1. Website information and services

The website introduces local property research, development and sales feasibility, municipal permit enquiries, construction-finance and project-finance reviews, project coordination, nursing-home feasibility, marketing and sales support in South Korea. Website content is general information; a project-specific conclusion requires an agreed review of the relevant facts.

2. Enquiries and communication

You may enquire through the website or email. We provide an initial written reply within 3 days. Questions, answers and project updates are handled in writing; a telephone call is not required. An initial reply is distinct from delivery of a paid review or project service.

3. Agreeing an assignment

Submitting an enquiry creates no paid engagement, financing commitment or obligation to proceed. Before paid work starts, the parties agree the scope, work products, timetable, fee and any third-party costs in writing. Typical review work takes about one week; financing, project management, sales and specialist work follow the agreed project timetable.

4. Professional work and project outcomes

Required licensed legal, tax, design, engineering, construction and regulated financial work is performed by appropriately qualified providers. Permit enquiries do not constitute permit approval. Financing reviews do not guarantee funding, and marketing or sales services do not guarantee a sales rate, revenue or investment return.

5. Experience and imagery

Published assignments describe the professional experience behind SKY ISLAND, with the stated role, scale and reported outcome or current status. Experience is not a promise of the same outcome for another project. Further non-public reference information can be discussed where it is available and disclosure is authorised.

Illustrative and generated property images do not depict actual referenced projects unless expressly identified as such. Client identities and non-public transaction information are kept confidential.

6. Information you submit

Provide accurate contact information and only material you are authorised to share. Do not use the enquiry system to submit unlawful material, malicious files or unsolicited advertising. Information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Website use and contact
